HMIE Software respects your privacy. For this reason, we  do not collect nor use your personal information to deliver our mobile applications. If you choose to contact us, you may provide us and grant us the use of one or more of the following items of your personal information for the purpose of replying to your contact (if required):

• Telephone number

• Email address

What information we collect, how we collect it, and why. We don’t collect personal information and we don’t use any personal information because it’s not necessary to play our games.

How we utilize information.  We strongly believe in both minimizing the data we collect and limiting its use. For this reason, we only collect data related to delivering, improving, updating and enhancing our Services; we don’t collect your personal information. If you choose to contact us via the app, a data header is generated for debug/troubleshooting purposes. If you don’t wish to share that information with us, you may delete the header before transmitting the message. The header contains:

• App Version and Build

• iOS Version

• iPhone/iPad Model

• App Installation Date

• App Last Played Date

• App Games Played

Any personal contact information you provide will be used only to reply to your contact and will not be shared.

Sharing with third parties. We do not collect your personal information and we do not share your personal information with third parties.

Advertisements. We will not serve you ads.

Communicating with you. You may contact us directly regarding products or services you have signed up for or purchased from us. These contacts may include:

• Text (SMS) messages

• Telephone calls

Compliance with legal, regulatory and law enforcement requests. We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law.

How we secure, store and retain your data. We don’t collect your data, we don’t store your data and we don’t retain your data.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you here, or by means of a notice on our home page, at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the changes.
